Please be advised that the Arab Embassies will be operating on reduced hours during the month of Ramadan (approx 3rd October to 3rd November). This will be followed by their closure for several days for Eid al-Fitr. The length of closure will vary from Embassy to Embassy.

Please ensure that all Arab documentation which requires certification/legalisation is lodged in good time to ensure release before the closures.

During December, please also consider that the Christmas holidays will follow the Eid closures, and that the Arab Embassies will be experiencing high volumes of work, therefore expect delays to your documents.

We will not be able to provide any definite dates/times for Embassy closures until just before Eid-al-Fitr commences.
